IMG_0122.jpgMoss + Mineral is now MINKA

Hello, friends,

It’s been awhile since I’ve checked in here, and M+M has undergone a series of metamorphoses. Many of you know that the original Moss + Mineral has engendered a new home, a new name (MINKA) and a big, 1,800′ space where my amazing creative partner, Paula Shields, and I are pleased to show all manner of art, curious objects, botanicals, and new and mid-century modern design. MINKA has changed things up, so come inside!

Located at 821 Pacific Ave., our space is closely curated with a High-Pop vibe. It’s colorful and electric. We present select work by Northwest artists, with a focus on contemporary design and studio pottery and jewelry.  MINKA also mounts rotating art exhibits by artists from the Northwest and beyond.

We’ve received some wonderful press this year including in Seattle Magazine and City Arts Magazine, and a shoutout in Sunset, too! We invite you to come see what’s happening at MINKA in Tacoma’s Theater District.
